Join Kita on Kains

We would be grateful to receive your application.

At Kita on Kains we immerse children playfully in a German/English environment from an early age. We have been bringing bilingual learning to the German community in the Bay Area since 2012. Our mission is to create a warm and welcoming space in which children can be playfully exposed to the German language and culture. This is a very personal mission of mine, since I grew up bilingual in Germany, learning English from birth, having a Scottish mother.

We believe in a child-centered and play-based educational approach in which the teachers act as a guide and role model. At Kita on Kains we provide an age-appropriate, fun-filled, play-based program to meet the child’s individual needs.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, bilingual team member to support our mission, who is ready to dive into a world of creativity and learning. We offer a supportive, engaging, and fun work environment in which you would be supervising children at the age of 12 to 36 months. If you are fluent in German and English, and have a deep love for working with children, we would be happy to hear from you.

  ensuring their safety and enjoyment.
– Lead engaging, age-appropriate activities that stimulate curiosity
  and learning.

positive and supportive environment for the children.
– Willing to provide support in maintaining a clean and organized
  daycare environment.
– Assist with diaper changes, potty training, and personal hygiene
  routines.
– An open, respectful, and warm communication to the parents
about their child’s progress and daily adventures.
